Pickup at the event - These can ONLY be purchased by valid ticket holders or volunteers, authors, or author assistants. These must be picked up at the event. Max two per order**.

These are unsigned and will need to be taken to the author for signatures. Please inspect your books before leaving the table at pick-up. You will sign stating that you have picked up your order. Picked up orders are not able to be returned, exchanged, or refunded. You will be required to show your ID upon pick-up. 

IF YOUR NAME DOES NOT MATCH YOUR ID - PLEASE BRING A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT. 

We are unable to switch from pickup to shipped or vice versa. All books not picked up will be forfeited and will not be shipped out, but sold at the event. If books are not picked up, no refunds will be provided after the refund cut off date. 

COMMON FAQs BELOW:
1. When does the pre-order close?  December 6th at 8pm ET
2. Is the sale limited? No, it will be an open pre-order until December 6th at 8pm ET
3. What if I get a ticket and attend the event, but I ordered it to be shipped? Can I just pick it up instead? Due to our limitations in numbers, no - we cannot switch from shipping an order to pickup. 
4. What if I have to cancel my attendance, can I get my pickup shipped instead? Due to our limitations in numbers, no we cannot switch from pickup to shipped.
5. Will there be extras at Apollycon? Yes, we will have a small amount of extras available
6. Will there be overstock for shipping? No, we do not plan to have any overstock for shipping at a later time.
7. Can I pickup for another person at the event? No, since we are opening these for shipping, we are not allowing pick ups for other individuals
8. What if I have to cancel and can no longer pickup? Can I get a refund? Yes, pickup orders will be able to be refunded up to several weeks up to the event. 

Please note-

Embroidered sweaters and petite bags take 3-4 weeks to produce prior to shipping and are made to order. They may arrive after the rest of your order separately.

Tees and canvas totes take 2-6 days to produce prior to shipping and may ship separately.

Stickers, foil prints, kindle sleeves, book sleeves, and candles ship from our warehouse within 2-4 business days.
